I hand-pick pieces from local sawmills, looking for the wood that will be nicest to turn, with beautiful, interesting and unique patterns and results. All local wood responsibly sourced and processed locally.
Chestnut is a hard and durable wood, a classic English favourite with warm tones and a lovely grain. This bowl is one of a kind and also a practical piece to have in your home!

Finished with a blend of pure organic Cornish beeswax (Gwenen apiaries) and organic uk grown and produced hemp oil (vitality hemp)
I blend the two myself to create the ideal ratio for nourishing and protecting the wood.
Laser engraved on the base.
All my items are made entirely by me in my cornish workshop near St Ives.
