Made from Macrocarpa or Monterey Cypress, this wood washed up in a storm on a local beach and I was lucky enough to be able to reclaim some of this beautiful timber.
The Shimmer and ripple in the grain of this vase is stunning, very hard to capture in the pictures, the grain moves with the light and creates a beautiful depth in the natural colour and patterning of this wood.
