Sycamore from Trereife House, near Penzance, Cornwall.
The grain and colours in this sycamore are beautiful. Reclaimed from the woodland floor of the estate grounds, fallen branches that I have collected over the years and dried and turned into decorative pieces.
This live edge bowl has some striking shapes reminding me of a wave.

Laser engraved on the base
Finished with pure hemp oil and beeswax.
Please note there are a couple of worm holes in this bowl, these were from when the timber was drying. the wood has been treated for this.
